VOID AND KARST DETECTION

Terravision Exploration utilises the most modern equipment and geophysical techniques to best image and map the subsurface. The ability to conduct a rapid and non-invasive survey is key to delineating potential geohazards such as voids and karstic features.

Air and water filled voids form below the surface and can be extremely hazardous to any development and project site. We implement geophysical techniques to explore for buried sink holes, vaults and crypts on a variety of development and construction sites with the aim of delivering action points for remediation.

A range of site specific geophysical techniques can assist in locating voidal structures as well as leaching and migration pathways of ground water.

Terravision Exploration have extensive practical experience and knowledge in defining these features.
